My main reason for buying this product was to help my digestive system. I have iron-deficiency anemia, but I could not tolerate any brand of iron supplement, and shots were extremely painful. So I became very anemic and needed blood transfusions. As a result, I could not run the risk that no more iron tablets and I had to find a way to take them without suffering.
Why do I use coconut oil and milk in my kitchen and skin / hair care, I did some research on the benefits of this suit amazing, and I thought that these capsules will help me to tolerate iron tablets. Well they have, and are now able to tolerate 3 daily doses of ferrous sulphate, so they are in accordance with my doctors orders and my hemoglobin level is increasing.
I used these pills for a long time, but I have never eaten them. I swallow them like any other pill. Why are people who eat them and complaining about the taste? If you want to taste the coconut oil, why not buy the real stuff and eat out of the pot?
Although I love coconut oil, and know all the ways benficial to use it, it tastes too coconutty coconut oil for me. I agree with others because the smell is so strong that it almost seems an artificial scent. I dont mind the taste of coconut and perfumes, but this is almost too much. It almost makes me vomit. Nutiva I will go with you next time.
